Syouwa Design designs the menu for Tong Tang Xu (Tong Town) is a new Cantonese cuisine brand under Guangzhou Yaohua Catering Group. Adhering to the culinary philosophy of “employing techniques spanning ancient and modern in the pursuit of authentic flavors,” it embodies the new Cantonese family banquet style with sincerity, genuine care, and authentic taste.
Guided by the inheritance of Yaohua’s classic heritage, we designed the menu as “a culinary chronicle brimming with the warmth of daily life.” Moving away from extravagance while preserving the comforting vibe of the streets, the annotations blend traditional techniques with modern innovation. Paired with warm and inviting dish visuals, the menu allows customers to intuitively sense the timeless classics and authenticity, making it an essential medium that conveys both the spirit of Yaohua and the vibrant local culinary culture of Guangzhou.
