CHIC 20TH, established in 2023, is a premium dining brand specializing in innovative Zhejiang cuisine. Co-founded by Black Pearl-certified manager Yang Xingming and Michelin-starred chef Yang Jianhua, the restaurant embraces a "culinary craftsman" philosophy—honoring traditional techniques while integrating global ingredients and modern methods. The space blends Jiangnan elegance with contemporary design, offering a sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

The design adopts a neo-Chinese aesthetic—combining minimalist modern layouts with traditional charm. Through artistic visual composition, refined material selection, and thoughtful use of white space, the menu echoes the restaurant’s vision of balancing "tradition and innovation." More than just functionally conveying dish information, the menu serves as a key extension of the brand's aesthetic experience.
