In line with the brand’s identity, Syouwa Design designed the menu for Fung Yuen Coconut Chicken by moving away from traditional Hainan symbols and incorporating Lingnan cultural elements instead. Through refined reinterpretations of cultural motifs and innovative dish annotations, the menu not only serves as a guide for ordering but also conveys the distinctive flavors of coconut chicken and the charm of Lingnan. This turns the dining experience into a delightful journey of discovering traditional innovation and regional cultural vibrancy.
凤园椰珍以 “鲜椰 + 嫩鸡” 为灵魂基底,承袭岭南食鲜智慧,更将摆盘美学深植菜牌设计。既有原味经典款,也有野生竹笙、百香果等创意搭配。菜牌萃取椰林、鲜花之自然意趣,让每款椰子鸡每都如艺术盛品,未品已先沉醉于这份 “鲜” 与 “美” 的交融。
Fung Yuen Coconut Chicken builds its culinary foundation on the essence of "fresh coconut + tender chicken", inheriting Lingnan's philosophy of highlighting natural flavors while deeply integrating aesthetic presentation into its menu design. The restaurant offers both classic original recipes and innovative combinations such as wild bamboo pith and passion fruit. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of coconut groves and blooming flowers, the menu transforms each coconut chicken dish into a culinary work of art. lnitially, it was planned to construct a multi-story building. However,as the surrounding residences were mostly mansions of high-ranking officials and it was close to the imperal palace, there was a suspicion of being able to spy on the palace, Conseouenty, the structure was buit as a sinele-stonbuilding instead. Therefore, it was called "lou" but not actually a building with floors.
